We’ve begun construction on a new 166 bed skilled nursing facility in Leesburg, Florida. This ground up project is designed to expand long-term care capacity while meeting modern safety standards and preparing for future needs.

Clermont Project Skilled Nursing Expansion

STRUCTURAL EXPANSION AT LAKES OF CLERMONT HEALTH & REHABILITATION CENTER

This 40 bed addition at the Lakes of Claremont facility increases essential capacity for the existing skilled nursing center. Our team is seamlessly connecting the new wing to the original building, using reliable masonry techniques and high quality materials that meet healthcare requirements for safety, accessibility, and long term durability.

To enhance the structural framework, we integrate carefully crafted masonry elements throughout the project. From stone veneers to long lasting exterior finishes, every material is chosen to meet the aesthetic and functional demands of a healthcare environment bringing together durability, visual appeal, and long-term performance.

16 FIFTH AVENUE, GREENWICH VILLAGE, MANHATTAN

Construction has begun on a new 19 story residential building along Fifth Avenue in the center of Greenwich Village, Manhattan. Rising 241 feet, the project will include 14 luxury condominium residences, designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects in collaboration with Hill West Architects and developed by Madison Realty Capital.
